DIRECTIONS TO

FROM THE NORTH:
1. Go South on I-95 until it merges with US1/South Dixie Highway;
2. Continue South on US1/South Dixie Highway to 95th Street;
3. Right turn (West) onto 95th Street (past the Dadeland Animal Hospital) and go ½ block to Old South Dixie Highway;
4. Turn Right onto Old South Dixie Highway and proceed North to Entrance to parking garage of 9350 Financial Centre building [Top of Building signage reads: “METRO BANK”];
5. Entrance is on your right and steeply curves upward to the second floor garage entrance – Take Parking Ticket and bring with you to our office;
6. Proceed spiraling upward to 6th or 7th floor and park in available space;
7. Bring Parking Ticket to our office on the 15th Floor for complementary Parking Stamps for clients;
8. Do Not Park on ground level parking outside 9350 Financial Center. If you are NOT a Metro Bank customer, your car will be towed at your expense;
9. 9350 Financial Centre is ½ block South of Metrorail’s South Dade Station.
FROM THE SOUTH:
1. Go North on US 1 (South Dixie Highway) to 98th Street SW (Stoplight, Left Turn Lane);
2. Turn Left (West) onto 98th Street SW, cross South Dixie Highway and proceed ½ block to Old South Dixie Highway;
3. Turn Right onto Old South Dixie Highway and proceed North to Entrance to parking garage of 9350 Financial Centre building [Top of Building signage reads: “METRO BANK”];
